Dealing with Labour pains

Dealing with labour pain is different from person to person. Every woman experiences a birth in a different manner: some mums can manage pain quite well while others are not so robust when handling the demands made by birth.

Depending on the situation, some therapeutic methods are individually helpful such as warm baths, massages, or gentle homoeopathy or acupuncture to name a few. During preparation for the birth itself, you learn different breathing techniques and relaxation exercises which you can use on the day. Furthermore, our delivery rooms are equipped with accessories such as Pezzi-balls, ropes or massage balls. The use of these objects can have a relaxing effect, thereby reducing tension and helping in mastering labour pains.
